Summary: In Cuban waters Columbus lost the Pinta. It had been lost for a total of six and a half weeks until on day on January 6, 1493 which is when they found or "dicovered" it as some would say. The way that it got lost was when a horrble storm with thrashing waves sailed it in the wrong direction seperating them, the owrst part is that it was the smallest ship of them all.

I believe that Columbus day is a joke i think that it should not be celebrated, because Columbus did not even discover Asia the Indians. In fact he was not even in Asia he was in Cuba. Also with his crew he distroyed peoples way, and he would trick people into doing things his way especially when he lied to them about spotting the land while they were sleeping so that he got the gold that the princess gave him.
