We were there for three days, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

The absolute location of the summit of Mount Cardigan is about 43 degrees 38' 58" N and 71 degrees 54' 51" at 3,227 feet. The relative location of Mount Cardigan is the fact that it is next to Firescrew Mountain. It is also near South Peak, and at the summit you can see a huge lake. Around the base of the mountain, there is the AMC lodge that we stayed at. Based on these factors, you should be able to find Cardigan Mountain pretty easily.

Cardigan Mountain is set apart from other places and areas because of its unique details. Near the base, there is a lot of soil and deciduous trees. As you climb higher, there are more rocks, and it gets steeper. You will notice that there a lack of deciduous trees and more coniferous trees, such as Spruce and Fir trees. At the summit, there are mostly only coniferous trees and there is barely any dirt.

Some cultural clues about Cardigan is that there is a big grey house with a field next to it. In the field, there is a firepit with some logs around it. In the front of the house, there is a parking lot where all of the cars park. These characteristics make Mount Cardigan a different area from others.
