On the first day we learned where our bunk rooms were. The boys rooms were on the fourth floor and the girls were on the third (example of regions). We then unpacked all of our things into our rooms, and prepared to hike the nature loop. On the way, Ben found a salamander that we then of course, had to sketch. We also did our first sketch that day, which was a leaf. We had some free time and then dinner. That was when we all realized how delicious the food was at the lodge. That just about sums up my first day at Cardigan.
