I woke up from a nice rest. I hop out of bed, go down stairs and hear the sizzle of the sausage cooking. I waited 30 mins until it was ready. We had french toast, eggs, bacon and tater tots. After a delicious breakfast we went down stairs to the mud room and got on our hiking gear. Next we went outside to hike Cardigan. It was a beautiful day and the perfect weather for the hike. We hiked and hiked up Cardigan. I definitely tripped many times. We took many breaks along the way to sketch and do activities. The trail along the way to the top was beautiful.once we got near the top it got super rocky and it was practically all rock. I saw the fire tower and a beautiful view once we got to the top. We went up to the fire tower and there was a part of the top where there was an opening and a little cover so me and a couple other people went behind the rock so we didn't have the wind blowing on us. We ate lunch and I had a turkey sandwich with lettuce and cheese. After lunch we went down firescrew to get to the bottom. Me and a friend were racing to the bottom and having so much fun. But then I stepped in a big mud puddle and that wasn't fun. We got to the bottom and we went inside and went to the bunk rooms. I grabbed a pair of clothes then took a shower. I got out of the shower then went down stairs for some dinner. The burgers were delicious. After dinner we got some rain gear on because the ground was wet and went outside and layed on the ground a star gazed and did some skits about Cardigan. Then we went inside and took our rain gear off and Mr.Woolner read us a short story about pirates. Then it was finally time to go to bed for the last night we would be there.
