On day three I left Cardigan. The first thing me Tommy, Aiden, and Joab did was get going to breakfast. There we had only brians finest, after breakfast we went back to our room, packed up all of the stuff on our floor for about 6 minutes. We went downstairs to the living room where we played and watched chess until it was time to get ready to hike. Shawn told us that Today The Red Dead Tumbling Fires were going to do a compass course, so we went over to a small camping site and Shawn gave everyone a compass while he held up a page of riddles that we were going to solve. During this activity I found a mini microscope thats light still worked. When we got back we took a quick nature walk and drew a lot of stuff in our notebooks like Creeping Snowberry, some moss, and a glacier. Finally we got back to the AMC lodge to resume our game of chess and double check our bags. As Mr. Woolners car pulled up with the trailer behind it We all grabbed our bags and hoisted them downstairs and into Mr.Woolners trailer. Soon the bus arrived and we all climbed aboard and said our final goodbyes to the awesome people who made our trip happen.

Human Environment Interaction

At Cardigan the formation of the mountain has changed due to the ski lift that was built and deserted long ago, and has left a slanted valley that is to most likely never grow trees there again. On the summit there are carvings in the rock that have changed the directions that the rain flows down the mountain. Cardigans changed the type of clothing fabrics we wore from cotton to nylon, wool, polyester, and marino fabrics. We wore this because of the wet terrain we would have to endure.
