Day Two at Cardigan was awesome because we reached the summit of Firescrew and Mt. Cardigan. The first thing I did when I woke up was I went downstairs and got some hot chocolate. Me and my bunk mate’s played a game of life. Then breakfast was ready.It was so good. Next I went upstairs and got dressed for the day and made my bed. When I came downstairs I saw my group leader . Then we went outside and started our hike up the firescrew and Cardigan. Once we found a good spot to stop, we sat down and had a snack, but where we had our snack there was a tree that was snapped in half leaning against another tree so it could stay up. After a while we made it to the summit of Firescrew and ate some lunch, we also took a sketch about movement so that Mr. Woolner would get mad.. We then proceeded to hike Cardigan. Once we got to the summit we saw the firetower and ate Oreo’s. Then we started heading back down Cardigan to the lodge. On the way back I found a lion’s mane mushroom. We had a sketching contest and the person who had the best sketch would get some extra sour patch kids. After a while we finally got back to the lodge. I rushed inside and took a shower. Then I went downstairs to the mess hall and had some dinner. Once everyone had their rain gear on we went outside to the campfire and looked at the stars. Finally we went inside, heard a story, and went to bed.
