My Sad... But FUN Last Day at Cardigan

On Day 3, after waking up with my legs not sore anymore, I went downstairs to have eggs, tater tots, and muffins. After having breakfast, we did our daily form of what type of sandwich we wanted for lunch. Then we went back upstairs to collect all of our belongings and went to our designated spots with our group. Once everyone came back, we found out we would be doing the compass course and set out into the woods. Then we finished the compass course and went to the nature trail loop. We sketched, and admired all the plants and fungi we saw, but sadly we had to go back to the lodge. None of the other groups were back, so we ate on the patio and made up stories and laughed before we had to fill out the AMC survey for the final time. As we were finishing the survey up, other groups got back and they started the survey. I wasnt going home on the bus, so I put my stuff into my moms car. While I was waiting in the car, Mr. Woolner called everyone over to get a group picture. Once we finished that, we waved to the AMC guides as we drove away.

Day 3: Movement

The day three theme is Movement. This is because during day three, we saw plants such as the Scotch Pine and the Pin Cherry which both came from elsewhere. Also, the breakfast and sandwiches the AMC staff made for us were using recipes and ideas that were from somewhere else in the world. Finally, we went home on a bus, that is considered movement because we moved on the bus from place to place. These are examples of Movement on day three of Cardigan.
