If you want to go to Mount Cardigan, just follow these directions to find your way to gorgeous Mount Cardigan. Cardigan is east of the AMC lodge and North East of Hebron. Mt Cardigan is also West of Newfound Lake and the pond located near the AMC lodge. Danbury is south of Mt Cardigan. Wentworth is North of Mt Cardigan and Mtr Cardigan is SouthWest of New London and South East of Hopkinton. Based on these directions I hope you can find your way over to Mount Cardigan.
Absolute Location:
If you were looking for the absolute location of Cardigan mountain, this is the place to be. The absolute location of Mt Cardigan is located at 43 degrees, 38 minutes, and 57.42 seconds, North and 71 degrees, 54 minutes, and 41.25 seconds, West. Just follow these directions and you will find yourself in beautiful Mount Cardigan.
Physical:
Cardigan mountain is a very pretty place covered in multiple trees and beautiful rocks and in fact it has a great gorgeous outside. Cardigan mountain has lots of beautiful trees the color of fire. The pines stretch halfway to the sky and are emerald green. The grass is always a little damp from morning dew and shimmers in the light. The maples at the time were the colors of a deep red and shining orange and were slowly falling to the ground. Furthermore, on top of Cardigan summit was bare rock with marks that showed that glaciers slid across them a very long time ago. All in all Cardigan was a gorgeous place to visit.
Cultural:
Cardigan mountain has lots of old and beautiful creations and very nice people. For example the old barn that was renovated into a lodge that we stayed in. We also learned that Cardigan Mountain used to be a farm and that the stone walls that we were seeing actually used to be part of the farmland. As well as the history the food and people there also brought in a very sweet and wilderness feel to the whole place. Above all I would say that Mount Cardigan has a lot of beautiful culture and history behind it.
Mount Cardigan is a beautiful place to visit,filled with fun and life long friends. Take it from me, we were at Mount Cardigan Sunday,Monday,and Tuesday, and though it was only three days, those three days were filled to the brim with adventure,fun and life long friends.
