Description of Cardigan - PLACE

Physical description

At Cardigan Mountain, there were many White Ash Trees in the forest. At the Alpine Zone on the top of Mount Cardigan, there is mainly rock. On the rest of the mountain, there is a large assortment of trees, plants, rocks, and mud. There are even some edible plants and mushrooms you can find while hiking. At the top of Cardigan Mountain, there are very high winds and it is colder than the ground below. You can also find many large Cairns at the top of the mountain.

Cultural description

Cardigan Mountain has many apple trees in the forest near the lodge and near where people used to live. Also, at the AMC Lodge, the AMC guides speak the English language. They also serve foods such as burgers, pasta, eggs, brownies, and many more. At the lodge, there are many different wooden furnitures inside the lodge, too. Mount Cardigan is covered in many trees with leaves that change color and fall off in the autumn time. You can find many things at Cardigan Mountain such as a broken down car, ski trails, an abandoned cellar, windmills, as well as buildings and a man made lake. In certain areas of the forest, you can find stone walls from many years before.
