On day two we went on a dangerous conquest to hike Mount. Cardigan. Did you know that mountains are an example of Regions. For instance, There are three mountain zones, the ground level that the AMC lodge was on, the boreal zone, a little higher up the mountain, and the alpine zone, way up in the air where little vegetation grows. These are all regions of Cardigan. There are also different regions where different types of trees grow. Thirdly, The AMC lodge is in Alexandria, New Hampshire and in Grafton County. Hopkinton is in Merrimack County. Counties in New Hampshire are an example of regions. To conclude, there were many examples of regions at Cardigan.
