The longitude of the Cardigan lodge is 71 degrees 52 minutes and 40.03 seconds west of newFound Lake. Relative Location Cardigan is located west of NewFound lake and East of Mt. Cardigan. An amazing fact about Cardigan is that the elevation is 3155 feet!
Physical Geography! MT.Cardigan has a giant waterfall and multiple rivers. Also it has the biggest white ash in NH! The top of the mountain was all rock,but the rest of the mountain was all forest with tree roots and wonderful.
Cultural Geography! The cultural side of Mt.Cardigan is the Carved names at the top of the mountain and the firetower on the very very peak of the mountain. Also the man made trails and the painted marks on the trees and man made them because people made those so you’d know if you were going the right way up the mountain.
We were there for three days, Wendsday, Thursday, and Friday.
