Cardigan Day 3 - Movement

On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me three French hens, two turtle doves, and a partridge in a pear tree.Wait a minute, when we were at Cardigan, it was only September! On day 3, September 28, instead of hens and pear trees I, once again, woke up to the smell of hot chocolate in the air and yet another yummy breakfast that was moved from the farm down the road. After breakfast, we managed to hike to Welton falls despite our tired legs. After we got back, we got back on the bus and survived another long bus ride. This day may not be one of the 12 days of Christmas, however, it was a day where movement was everywhere! Welton falls is a huge waterfall, and waterfalls flow into rivers, that later flow into lakes or oceans. Did you know that ideas/information can move too? On our hike, our guide was moving hiking tactics and plant species information into our heads, that someone had taught him once! Our long bus ride home was also movement. About half of the seventh grade class was at the Mt. Cardigan lodge, and then the bus picked us up and we were moved to the Hopkinton Middle High School.
